This year we had approximately 22 scouts attend Summer
Camp at JNW. The guys earned over 75 merit badges. In addition to
merit badges, we are proud to say that we had 4 scouts advance in rank
while at camp this year. We also had a couple guys recognized for
marksmanship at both the rifle and archery ranges. All merit badges and
rank advancements will be awarded at the T146 Kick-Off on 8/29/15.
Big
thanks to Mr. Froman, Mr. Dalton, Mr. Cronin and Mr. Hosek for taking
time out to be the Adult Leaders for camp this year. We couldn't do it
with out them.
An even bigger thanks goes out to Mrs. Olmstead
(AKA: Summer Camp Chief)! Her attention to detail (and in some cases
her persistence in tracking down paperwork from some families!) made
check-in a breeze. We just can't thank her enough.
