We toured the several monuments throughout the installation including Trophy Point. One of the more important monuments commemorates the 1962 speech to the cadets by General MacArthur which highlights the cadet's creed: Duty, Honor, Country.
The concept of "Class Rings" originated at West Point. At left, the guys view the various class rings dating back to 1835.

After the tour of West Point, the guys camped overnight at Camp Bullowa in Stoney Point, NY - approximately 30 minutes south of West Point. We were fortunate to stumble upon the Ernest M. Bobb Boy Scout Museum on the property which had some great memorabilia dating back to the founding of BSA.
